Responsibilities:

* This is a commissioned sales position. Responsible for managing the relationship between our client and customers by establishing and cultivating relationships with key individuals at accounts. Develop relationships with distributors and engage distributor resources in support of assigned accounts. Identify and develop new opportunities within assigned accounts. Ensure that goals are consistent with our client's strategic direction of: (1) maximizing the business with assigned accounts over the short and long-term'' and (2) increasing the preference for our client architectures among assigned customers. Responsible for meeting or exceeding assigned annual billings and design win quotas in conjunction with the Distribution Manager. Communicate strategies to appropriate field and factory personnel to obtain required support and coordination. Develop a clear understanding of our client's business practices including pricing, forecasting, terms and conditions, distribution and code of ethics.

Responsibilities:

* To provide technical advise and risk analysis on company loss of properties and reputation
* To develop training program to upgrade competency of security workforce throughout operation area
* To build security network throughout operation area and surrounding
* To develop procedure related to loss prevention, ensure well maintained and implemented
* To conduct investigation on critical security case and business ethic violation
* To conduct security audit and social conflict analysis

Requirements:

* S1 from reputable university minimum GPA 2.75. Strong security background is an advantage
* Above 5 years experience in major multi national company, preferably in oil and gas industry
* Extensive experience in risk analytical & management, investigation, auditing and reporting
* Extensive experience in social conflict handling and analysis
* Posses good computer skill, software application at least MSWord, Excel and PowerPoint
* Understanding and applying local, national and international legislation and regulation
* Wide relation with security institution
* Understanding local language
* Willing to work in field - East Kalimantan
* Proactive and have "can do" and "strive for excellence" attitude
* Good interpersonal and communication skill and able to communicate well in English both written and spoken
* Excellent presentation skill, with ability to express ideas in a clear manner
* Able to identify problems and provide alternative solution
* Well organized, self motivated and able to work both independently and in a team
